Venue

Is the venue heated?

We have multi-thermostatic heaters throughout all of our marquee venues. Please note these are more than capable of making all of our venues warm on even the coldest December night.

All of our venues that are permanent structures also have heating systems in place to make sure you and your guests are comfortable and warm throughout the evening.

Do you have disabled access?

All of our venues are wheelchair accessible and accommodate those with limited mobility. However, please note that some of our venues have a raised dance floor, which are only accessible by steps.

If you have a guest with specific access needs, please contact us to let us know in advance so we can do our best to ensure their requirements are looked after during the event.

What is the venue like?

Our venues are a mix of fixed venues and semi-permanent marquees at prestigious locations up and down the country. Our marquee venues are fully carpeted, heated and include a fully suspended floor with all of the amenities and theming you’d expect at any other party location.

How are the tables arranged?

Our tables seat 8 to 12 people each and for larger groups, we will arrange bookings across multiple tables. We do not combine different bookings at shared tables.

Your table allocation will be displayed on screens on arrival and you are free to choose your seats and create your own seating plans within your allocated tables.

Booking admin

How much is the deposit per person, and when is it due?

The deposit per person is £25.00 + VAT and this amount is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be applied to additional orders or balance payments.

A deposit must be paid for all guests to confirm your party with us and final payment is due 6 weeks prior to your party date.

Depending on the popularity of the night, our confirmation email will let you know how long you can hold for, with no financial obligation, before the deposit will be due. This will vary and is subject to change.

If it is less than 6 weeks till your chosen party date, full payment will be due to confirm your booking in line with the final balance payment date.

The deposits, as well as the balance of your booking can be paid on our website via your online account, by bank transfer (BACS), or over the phone with us. All details can be found on your booking confirmation email.

What is the minimum number of guests that I can book for?

The minimum booking numbers is 8 guests. We seat each booking at their own private tables and do not combine different bookings at shared tables.

What is an all inclusive night?

Our all-inclusive nights combine everything you’d expect from our fantastic & fabulous party nights but with the addition of unlimited house beers and ciders (GF & 0% beers available), prosecco, house wine and soft drinks throughout the evening.

Is there an age limit?

In line with our licence, we are afraid our parties can only be attended by guests who are over 18 years old at the following locations – Billericay, Tobacco Dock & Silverstone.

Guests aged 16 & 17 are welcome to attend some of our locations provided the lead booker signs a waver to confirm their responsibility. Access will only be allowed with a confirmed signed waver – please contact a member of the team to discuss further.

Business/consumer price - claiming back VAT

All customers pay the consumer price to book their party. If you are a VAT registered business you are able to claim back the VAT through your business, as you would with any other business expense, and will therefore end up paying the advertised business price.

How and when do I pay for my party?

The initial deposit of £25.00 +VAT per person is due to confirm your booking. A confirmation email will then be sent to you confirming your deposit and the remainder of the balance is due six weeks before your party date.

The deposit per person is non-refundable and non-transferrable, it cannot be applied to any additional orders or balance payments.

If you book less than six weeks to your chosen party date, full payment will be due to confirm your booking in line with the final balance payment terms.

To pay you can either do so via your account online, by BACS or over the phone with a member of the team. All details can be found on your booking confirmation email.

Can I add my booking later?

You can amend your booking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the ‘My Account’ section of our website and logging into your account.

We are as flexible as possible up until 2 days before your party, and we will always try our best to accommodate any last-minute changes. Provided that we have availability, you can add to your booking; please note, tickets are on a first come, first served basis.

Please be aware that if guest numbers increase via your online booking platform or due to an email with written confirmation, you will automatically be liable for those additional costs, as per the terms and conditions.

You can add or decrease the number of guests in your booking through your online account, or by sending written confirmation via email to confirm how you would like to proceed.

If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party, any monies already paid are non-refundable and non-transferable meaning these payments cannot be used towards any additional orders or balance payments. For example, you cannot use this money for drinks packages. Please note cancellation charges may apply depending on the date of the cancellation and time from the party. Full detail can be found on our terms and conditions.

What is the booking process?

You can reserve your party online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Simply go to our website and select your venue – then choose the best date for your group and snap up those places before someone else does!

Your ‘My Account’ section of our website will then allow you to pay deposits, add drinks packages, send invitations to your guests, update dietary requirements and see all the information about your party.

Whichever way you choose to book your party; you will receive an email which states if you wish to confirm your places you have a set holding period before paying a £25.00 + VAT deposit per person.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.We can hold your tickets for a select amount of time dependant on availability; to secure your tickets you must pay a £25.00 + VAT deposit per person. Your places are confirmed once the deposit has been paid. If it is less than 6 weeks until your chosen party date, full payment will be needed to confirm your booking. The deposits, as well as the balance of your booking can be paid on our website via your online account, by bank transfer (BACS), or over the phone with us.

Can I cancel my booking?

If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party or cancel your booking, we are afraid that any monies already paid are non-refundable and non-transferable meaning these payments cannot be used towards any additional orders or balance payments.

The cancellation policy can be found on our terms and conditions and are dependent on the number of working days away from the party date.

Where can I view the menu?

Our menus can be viewed online by choosing your chosen location and scrolling down to the Food & Drink banner – simply to go www.bestpartiesever.com and select your venue.

The starter, main course and dessert platters are served to your table with tea and coffee being served from an ongoing station after the meal has finished.

Please note, desserts are served on a selection plate to share with your table of guests. Additional passed desserts will be available throughout the party space and circulated by members of staff after the meal.

This allows everyone to get on with enjoying the party, and those who wish to have tea & coffee to do so from the end of dinner service until 11pm. The DJ will announce where and when these stations are available, so make sure you listen out!

What are the options to suit my dietary requirements?

We have designed delicious set menus alongside our main set menu for guests who are vegetarian, vegan or have an allergy to dairy, gluten or nuts.

Please note that these alternative menus are set and must be ordered in advance of the party, you will then receive the full dietary menu as it is detailed. Unfortunately, you cannot mix and match courses from each set menu. For example, if you are vegetarian, you will follow the vegetarian set menu for all 3 courses.

We can also cater for Halal meals – if they are pre-ordered and we are able to order Kosher meals at an additional cost.

Dodgems

How do I purchase tickets for the dodgems?

Dodgems are chargeable and tokens can be pre-ordered prior to the event or purchased on the evening.

Tokens are £5.00 per car (1 or 2 people can ride in each car) on the night, or if you wish to pre-order these, one must be pre-ordered for everyone in your group at the discounted price of £3.50 VAT per token. This is a pre-order only option – on the night the charge will be £5.00 per car.

Please note, there will be no dodgems at any of these party locations – Bristol.

Where are the dodgems and when do they open?

The dodgems are located on the perimeter of the party space and they open around 10:00 pm each evening.

The dodgems close about half an hour before the end of the party, please listen out for the announcement from our DJ when we are taking our last dodgems rides, or ask a member of our team if you have any questions.

Please note our dodgem tokens are non-refundable, so please use them all up at night and there will be no dodgems at either of these party locations – Bristol.

Drinks

Are there wristbands / drinks packages available?

Choose from a range of drinks packages available to pre-order for your group and fully immerse yourself in the event without worrying about payment on the night!

We offer three types of wristbands –
1. All-inclusive beers, house wines, Prosecco and soft drinks
2. All-inclusive house spirits, beers, house wines, Prosecco and soft drinks
3. All-inclusive house spirits, beers, house wines, Prosecco, soft drinks and cocktails

(Please note the same wristband must be pre-ordered for all members of your party.)

Should you choose one of the options above, during dinner service your tables will be provided with an allocation of red & white wine as well as still & sparkling water, if you finish the allocation, you are entitled to take an empty bottle to the bar to swap for another, this is valid during dinner service only.

Please note that wristbands entitle each guest to 1 drink per visit to the bar, in accordance with our responsible drinking policies and licensing objectives. In addition, spirits will be served in singular measurements only.

We also have individual drink tokens available for purchase which are redeemable as follows, you can order any quantity of tokens to suit your group –
One token valid for a soft drink
Two tokens valid for a bottle of beer or cider, a single spirit & mixer, a glass of house wine (175ml) or Prosecco
Three tokens valid of a double spirit & mixer, or a cocktail

Our bars accept card payments (contactless and chip and pin payments), prepaid tokens and prepaid wristbands as forms of payments. Please be aware that we do not accept cash payments on the night.

Drinks packages

Please note that our packages are special offers, and as such you must order the same package for everyone in the group. If a member of your group would like a wristband then the same must be purchased for every guest in your booking.

Should not everyone in your group wish to select a drinks package, you can order wine and water by the bottle at our bars which accept card payments only on the night. Alternatively, pre-order drinks tokens for your guests, information regarding drink tokens are available on our website.

Bar Tabs

Please note that we cannot run bar tabs at any of our events. However, should you wish to provide some drinks for your group you can pre-order any of our wonderful drinks packages, drinks tokens, or wine by the bottle!

How do I pre-order drinks?

We have several drinks packages available, simply go to the online account to see the options available to you www.bestpartiesever.com/account, or go to our website www.bestpartiesever.com and select your chosen venue to download our drinks menu pdfs.

In addition to drinks packages, you can also pre-order wine and water by the bottle.

Our bars accept card payments (contactless and chip and pin payments), prepaid tokens and prepaid wristbands as forms of payments. Please be aware that we do not accept cash payments on the night.

No alcohol is to be brought onto the premises. In addition, no alcohol can be taken outside of the premises.

Delivery & Collection of Wristbands/Tokens

Groups under 75 guests

(Applicable to all venues excluding Silverstone)

Bookings with under 75 guests need to collect their drinks wristbands, drinks tokens and/or dodgems tokens onsite from their party venue, based on the 2 below options;

Collection can be made either on the day of your party between 10.30am and 14.00, or any other open party night between 10.30 and 14.00, only if PRE-ARRANGED in advance by emailing [email protected] with your preferred collection date and time. This is only confirmed once a member of the team has responded back to you. The party organiser will be asked to sign for them when collecting.

You can of course collect on the night of your party from doors open time. The collection location shall be from the silent disco area, located within the main event space and you will be directed there on arrival for the party organiser to sign for receipt of them.

Should you require another member of the party to collect the order on your behalf we will need to be provided with their name in advance

Groups over 75+ guests

For bookings over 75+ guests we will arrange delivery of your pre-ordered drinks wristbands, drinks tokens and/or dodgems tokens to the address provided.

The tracking number and relevant links will be added to your online booking account at www.bestpartiesever.com/account

Silverstone Customers

Due to daytime access restrictions we will arrange delivery of your pre-ordered drinks wristbands, drinks tokens and/or dodgems tokens to the address provided.

For orders placed less than 2 weeks prior to the party date these will need to be collected on the night

Location & Parking

Is there parking at the venue?

As every venue is different please go to your chosen venue’s page and refer to the ‘Location’ section for further detail on parking information and arrangements.

How do I get there?

Each of the guests in your party will receive an E-ticket, which they can view on any mobile device or print, and this will detail the venue’s locations as well as directions to the venue.

Directions and an interactive map are also available at www.bestpartiesever.com on the ‘Location’ section of your chosen venue page.

On the night

Do the bars accept cards and cash?

Our bars accept card payments (contactless and chip and pin payments), prepaid tokens and prepaid wristbands as forms of payments.

Please be aware that we do not accept cash payments on the night and are a cashless venue.

Where is the tea & coffee station?

The DJ will announce where the station is located in the evening, as well as when it is opening (this usually happens between 10.00pm – 11.00pm) so please listen for this or ask a member of our team if you have any questions.

Are strobe lights used?

We don’t install strobes at our venues but we do use strobe effects. Although this effect is much more subtle, we would advise strobe sensitive guests to be aware of this.

How do I purchase chips for the casino?

Tokens can be purchased on the evening at the casino tables or our bars.

Your tokens will be exchanged for 10 chips at the casino tables.Please note, that there are no refunds issued on unused tokens and guests play to win prizes.

Please be aware there are no monetary prizes to be won.

One token costs £5.00 for 10 chips. All profits go to our nominated charity.

Is there a table plan?

When you enter the venue you will see table plans displayed on screens, which will detail the tables that have been allocated to your group.

We do not set out seating plans with names within groups. However, should you wish to create and implement your own seating plan with name cards, you are welcome at any of our venues and these can be placed when the doors open on the night of your party.

Can I dress up to match the theme?

You can of course get into the spirit of the party and dress up relating to the theme, as long as your outfit fits within our smart dress code.

What is the dress code?

Our Christmas parties have a dress code of Smart Dress – No ripped jeans, trainers or sportswear – athletic-style trainers are not permitted, but more formal trainers are acceptable. Guests will be refused entry that turn up not dressed in line with these restrictions.

Do you carry out any checks upon arrival?

On arrival, we carry out ticket and ID checks. In addition, please be mindful of random bag searches carried out by our security team.

Any pre ordered wristbands can be collected from inside the venue and you will be directed by members of the team upon arrival.

What time do the parties start?

Our party nights open at 18.30 and therefore we recommend arriving at this time, please note there will be no access to the party space before this time.

After the party

I lost something at the party!

• Venue you attended
• Date of the party you attended
• Description of the lost item with identifiable items in the pockets if applicable
• Preferred date and time for collection (Please note this must happen on a future party date which can be found on the website)

Unfortunately, not all of our venues are open every day so we ask you to pre arrange a time for collection of your items by detailing this in the above email. This is only confirmed once a member of the team has confirmed back to you.

Please note that at all events, all items are left at the guests own risk and the company (Best Parties Ever) is not liable for any lost property.

How does the booking process work?

You can book your tickets online through our website (2026.bestpartiesever.com) up until 5 days before the party. Simply choose your preferred date and number of guests to book (minimum numbers of 8 apply). Alternatively, one of our team members will be happy to assist you and can be contacted on 020 3823 4389 or [email protected]. We can hold your tickets for a select amount of time before paying a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £30.00 per person. Please note that this deposit cannot be applied to additional items or your final balance. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, which must be paid within 5 days of confirming your party nigh, otherwise the tickets may be released back on general sale. The remaining balance will be due no later than 6 weeks before the event. If it is less than 6 weeks until your chosen party date, full payment will be needed to confirm your booking.

How do I manage my booking when confirmed?

You can modify your booking online up to 5 days before your party through the ‘My Account’ section of our website. There, you can update dietary requirements and add extras like drinks packages, wristbands, and tokens. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our team for assistance.

What happens if I cancel a ticket or amend guest numbers?

If you need to reduce the number of people in your party, please contact us directly. Unfortunately, any payments already made are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be applied to additional orders or balance payments. However, if space permits, you can add guests to your booking up until 5 days before the party through your online account or by reaching out to our team.

Please note, availability changes consistently and tickets are on a first come, first served basis.

When do I pay the balance?

The balance for your booking is due to no later than 4 weeks before the date of the party. Any additional items such as drinks packages must be paid for when the order is placed. The balance of your booking can be paid on our website, by bank transfer or debit/credit card. All details can be found on your booking confirmation email.  

Business / Consumer Price – claiming back VAT

All customers pay the Consumer Price to book their party.  

If you are a VAT registered business you can then claim back the VAT – through your business as like any other business expense, and so you end up paying the advertised business price.  

Paying by Card in advance

We do accept American Express as a form of payment, but there will be an additional charge of 3%.

There is an additional charge of 2% if a payment is made with a corporate credit or debit card.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be avaialble to download on the “”My Account”” section of our website approximately 2 weeks prior to your party date.

Any additonal orders such as wristbands and drinks tokens can be collected on the day of your party from the help desk, which will be located just inside the entrance of the venue.

Please note that we cannot send tickets, wristbands, or drinks tokens in advance.

Do we need to print our tickets?

You can either print your tickets off or show them on your phone. 

Is the venue accessible?

Tobacco Dock is wheelchair accessible and accommodates those with limited mobility. Wapping Lane entrance allows all guests with accessibility requirements into the Ground Floor, and near this entrance on Quayside, there is a lift to allow step-free access into the Vault Level below. Please be aware that the dance floor is elevated and only accessible by steps. If you have a guest with specific access needs, please inform us in advance so we can do our best to ensure their requirements are looked after during the event 

Is there car parking?

There is no on-site parking available at Tobacco Dock. However, it is easily accessible by public transport, situated between Wapping (Overground) and Shadwell (Overground and DLR) stations, with several nearby bus stops (routes 100 and D3). 

Is the venue heated?

Yes, the party spaces are all heated throughout. 

Is there an age limit?

Our parties can only be attended by guests who are over 18 years old. 

What is the dress code?

Our dress code is smart casual, so please avoid sportswear. Tasteful fancy dress that fits the theme is welcome. While black tie attire isn’t required, guests are more than welcome to dress up if they wish.

What time do the parties start?

Doors open at 19:00. 

Do you carry out any checks upon arrival?

Upon arrival, we will check tickets and conduct random bag searches. Please have your ticket ready and be prepared for security checks. 

Can we bring our own name cards?

Of course, you’re welcome to bring name cards and place them on your allocated tables during the reception.

Each of our tables accommodates 8 to 12 guests. For larger parties, we will arrange multiple tables together. Your assigned table(s) will be displayed on screens in the reception area, and you are welcome to choose your seats within those designated tables. Please note that we do not combine separate bookings at shared tables.

We have created a delicious festive set menu, along with a set option for guests who are vegetarian, vegan, or have dairy, gluten, or nut allergies. Can I pick my own menu?

While we do our best to accommodate various dietary requirements, unfortunately, we cannot offer bespoke options due to the volume of guests we host each night. 

How do I order additional drinks?

We offer several add-on options, such as wristbands and tokens, which we recommend pre-ordering through the ‘My Account’ section of our website up to 5 days before your party. Drinks can also be purchased on the night at our cashless bars, which accept contactless and chip-and-pin card payments only.

Are there wristbands / drinks packages available?

For the all-inclusive nights, two types of wristbands are available for purchase:

Silver: Includes house spirits and mixers, along with all standard package inclusions.

Gold: Includes cocktails, along with the Silver wristband and standard package inclusions.

For the ticket-only nights, we offer several drink packages for purchase:

Bronze: Includes unlimited house wine, beer, cider, Prosecco, and soft drinks.

Silver: Includes house spirits and mixers, along with the Bronze wristband inclusions.

Gold: Includes cocktails, along with the Bronze and Silver wristband inclusions.

Drinks Package A: Includes half a bottle of house wine, half a bottle of water, and four drink tokens per person.

Drinks Package B: Includes half a bottle of house wine, half a bottle of water, and eight drink tokens per person.

Bucket of Beers/Cider: Includes ten bottles of lager or cider, placed on your table in an ice bucket.

Individual drink tokens are also available for purchase:

1 Token: Redeemable for a soft drink only.

2 Tokens: Redeemable for a bottle of house beer or cider, a single house spirit and mixer, or a glass of house wine.

3 Tokens: Redeemable for a double spirit and mixer, or a cocktail.

4 Tokens: Redeemable for a glass of champagne.

Please note that all wristbands, drink packages, and tokens incur an additional cost and are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

If purchasing wristbands or drinks package A or B, they must be ordered for the entire booking, and all guests must have the same wristband or package type.

In line with our responsible drinking policies and licensing objectives, guests will be served one drink at a time.

Bar Tabs
