Venue & Locations

Venues are either permanent structures or semi-permanent marquee structures with spirit-level floors, fully lined, heated and carpeted.


We have multi-thermostatic heaters throughout all of our marquee venues. These are more than capable of making all of our venues warm on even the coldest December night.

Our permanent structures also have heating systems in place to make sure you and your guests are comfortable and warm throughout the evening.

All of our venues are accessible to wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. However, please note that some of our venues have a raised dancefloor, which are only accessible by steps.

Our parties can only be attended by guests who are over 18 years old. 

As every venue is different please go to you chosen venue’s page and refer to the ‘Location’ section for further detail on parking information and arrangements.


Each of the guests in your party will receive an E-ticket, which they can view on any mobile device or print, and this will detail the venue’s location as well as directions to the venue.

Directions and an interactive map are also available at on the ‘Location’ section of your chosen venue page. 


The minimum booking is for 8 guests.

We seat each booking at their own private tables, and do not mix bookings across shared tables. 


The deposit per person is £25.00 and this amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Your deposit must be paid for all guests to confirm your party with us. We request that one card be used for payment of the total deposit and final total balance payment.

The deposit is due within 14 days of confirming your party night with us otherwise the date will be released back on sale.

If it is more than 4 weeks before your party date, £25.00 per person deposit will be due to confirm your booking. If it is less than 4 weeks until your chosen party date, full payment will be needed to confirm your booking.

We are as flexible as possible up until 24 hours before your party. Provided that we have availability, you can add to your booking.
Please note, availability changes consistently and tickets are on a first come, first served basis. You can add additional guests through your online account or by sending written confirmation via email to

Please be aware that if guest numbers increase via online bookings or via email confirmation, you will automatically be liable for those additional costs.
You can amend your booking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the ‘My Account’ section of our website.

If you wish to reduce the number of people in your party any monies already paid are non-refundable and non-transferable meaning these payments cannot be used towards any additional orders or balance payments.

The balance for your booking is due to no later than 4 weeks before the date of the party.

Any additional items such as drinks packages must be paid for when the order is placed.

The balance of your booking can be paid on our website, by bank transfer or debit/credit card. All details can be found on your booking confirmation email. 


All customers pay the Consumer Price to book their party.

If you are a VAT registered business you can then claim back the VAT – through your business as like any other business expense, and so you end up paying the advertised business price. 


Tickets are ‘E-tickets’ and are generated through the online platform.

Please input your guests email addresses so that they receive their own individual e-ticket prior to the party date. Alternatively, we can generate named e-tickets by inputting a guest list, these will come in one PDF document which will be emailed across to you (the organiser).


Dress Code

We have a dress code of ‘smart dress’ and as such we do not allow guests to wear jeans or trainers to our events.


You can of course get into the spirit of the party, as long as your outfit fits within our smart dress code.


Party Night

On arrival we carry out ticket and ID checks along with random bag searches will be carried out by our security team. Please have your ticket ready to access the venue. 


Doors open at 6.45pm.

When you enter the venue, you will see table plans displayed on screens, which will detail the tables that have been allocated to your group.

Should you wish to compile your own table plan and place cards for your own group, you are welcome to do this on your tables when the doors open on the night of your party.

We are unable to advise before the party night your exact table numbers or the location of your tables.


We don’t install strobes at our venues but we do use strobe effects, although this effect is much more subtle, we would advise strobe sensitive guests be aware of this.

We have a variety of different sized tables and we will allocate your group the best suited tables for your final group size.

Please note the largest of our tables seats 12, and so any groups of 13 and above will be split over 2 or more tables – these will of course be placed next to each other in the dining area.

The smallest of our tables hold 8 guests.


There is a sample set menu which can be viewed online – simply go to and select your venue.

The starter, main course and dessert platters are served to your table. Interactive dessert stations are available after your meal. Tea and coffee is served after the meal has finished from an ongoing station until approx. 11pm. Survivors breakfast will be served an hour before close. The DJ will announce where and when these stations are available.

There is a set menu for all of our guests; dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarians, gluten free, nut allergies etc will all be catered for. Please ensure that you have provided all dietary requirements for your guests at least one week prior to your event date. The venue team will reconfirm any dietary requirements on the night.
Halal – please list online as a dietary requirement

Kosher - We are able to provide Kosher meals at a supplement price per person as these meals come direct from our nominated supplier.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate additional dietary requirements on the night of the party.


No alcohol is to be brought onto the premises. In addition, no alcohol can be taken outside of the premises.

We have several drinks packages and wristband options available, simply go to your online account to see the options available to you, or go to our website and select your chosen venue (Drinks packages launch in July).

Drinks packages are special offers, and as such, the same package must be ordered for every guest in your group.

Should not everyone in your group wish to select a drinks package, you can order wine and water by the bottle at our bars which accept card payments only on the night. Alternatively, you can pre-order drinks tokens for your guests, information regarding drinks tokens is available on our website.

There are alternative packages available for those guests who do not wish to drink alcohol, please contact the team for more information.


There are 3 types of wristbands available

  1. All-inclusive Bottled Beer, Cider, House Wine (White, Red and Rose), Prosecco and Soft Drinks.
  2. All-inclusive Single Spirit & Mixers, Bottle Beer, Cider, House Wine (White, Red and Rose), Prosecco and Soft Drinks.
  3. All-inclusive Premium Single Spirit & Mixers, Bottled Beer, Cider, Wines (White, Red and Rose), Prosecco, a Selection of Cocktails and Soft Drinks.

Non-alcoholic options available.

If ordering wristbands, they must be for the whole booking and must all be the same wristband type.

An allocation of Red & White House Wine along with Still and Sparkling water will be placed on your table. To replenish the table drinks during dinner, you are entitled to take an empty wine bottle to the bar and swap for a full.Guests will only be served 1 drink at a time in accordance with our responsible drinking policies and licensing objectives.

Wristbands are non-refundable.

Delivery and Collection of Wristbands and Tokens

All orders will need to be collected from our venue at the help desk, on the evening of your party.

For bookings over 100 guests we can arrange delivery of your pre-ordered tokens or wristbands, for the fee of £4.95 is charged as a contribution towards this service; your tracking number will be added to our internal system.

Bar Tabs

Please note that we cannot run bar tabs at any of our events. However, should you wish to provide some drinks for your group you can pre-order drinks packages or wine by the bottle.


Our bars will accept card payments, pre-paid tokens and pre-paid wristbands as forms of payments.

Should you have a wristband or tokens there is an extra bar for your use and the time spent at the bar is greatly reduced due to these pre-paid payment methods.

We accept contactless cards and chip and pin payments; we do not accept cash on the evening.

We do accept American Express as a form of payment, but there will be an additional charge of 3%.

There is an additional charge of 2% if a payment is made with a corporate credit or debit card.


Each of our venues has a charity casino, all profits will go to supporting our nominated charity

Tokens can be purchased in advance from a member of our team who will circulate during dinner or from the bar after dinner. Tokens will be exchanged for 10 chips at the casino table(s).

Please note that the profits from our casino is all donated to Make a Wish Foundation, and as such there are no refunds issued on unused tokens and guests play to win prizes. Please be aware there are no monetary prizes to be won.

One token costs £5.00 for 10 chips. 


The dodgems, are located at the side of our venues (excluding Bristol and Tobacco Dock which will not have dodgems), they open around 9.45pm each evening. The dodgems close about half an hour before the end of the party, please do listen out for the announcement from our DJ for last dodgem rides or ask a member of our team if you have any questions.

Dodgems are chargeable and tokens can be pre-ordered prior to the event or purchased on the evening.

Tokens are £5.00 per car (1 or 2 people can ride in each car) on the night, or if you wish to pre-order these, you can purchase one for everyone in your group at the discount price of £3.75 per token.

Pre purchased tokens can be collected from the venue.

Please note, there will be no dodgems at our Bristol or Tobacco Dock venues. 

After the party

We will do our best to locate your item and organise a convenient time for you to collect it from the venue.  Please note that at all events, all items are left at the guests own risk and the company (Best Parties Ever) is not liable for any lost property.
