CHRISTMAS BAR & WAITING STAFF

21st November- 23rd December 2011
We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to work as part of a team at one of our 17 Christmas Party venues across the UK. On average you will be working around 13 hours a day and individuals will be required to live on site during this period- we will provide your accommodation and food. Your daily tasks will involve setting up the venue for parties of up to 1000 covers, waiting and bar work.

BAR MANAGERS

We are looking for experienced bar managers to join one of our busy Christmas Party venues. Experience in customer service and staff management required. Previous experience with contract catering companies is an advantage.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

31st October - 23rd December 2011
We are looking for a candidate who is confident with numbers and has good attention to detail. Daily tasks will include: Taking daily bookings for all of our venues through telephone/internet requests; Answering clients enquiries; Sending out brochures; Sending out tickets and drinks tokens; Assisting the Event Managers with general Christmas organisational duties; Taking payments for Christmas party bookings & sending confirmations receipts; Completing end of day accounts and reports; Double checking all accounts and figures are correct.
