We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals who are enthusiastic team players with great organisational and people skills. These positions will involve plenty of hands-on management as well as covering the administrative and financial aspects of our business.
Unlike some event companies, we carry out all aspects of the event, including:
Sales & marketing, accounting, organising marquees/venues, theming & production, entertainment, procurement, staffing and HR, menu planning, bar service, and much more.
You will have previous operational event catering experience together with office experience. You will be efficient and manage your time well. Attention to detail is essential as well as strong interpersonal skills as you will be working with many different clients and suppliers.

4 month contract - 23rd August - 23rd December
We are looking for a candidate with an abundence of professional
catering experience. Daily office tasks will include: Taking bookings
for all venues through telephone/internet requests; Answering
client enquiries; Sending out brochures; Sending out tickets and
drinks tokens; Taking payments for bookings & sending
confirmation receipts and making final arrangements for your
allocated Christmas party venue. From Mid November through to
the 23rd December you will be responsible for the management of
a venue with a maximum capacity of 1000 covers. With the
assistance of 2 other managers you will oversee every aspect of
the venue from the catering, back of house, back office, staff
management, suppliers, security, bars etc.
18th November - 23rd December
We are looking for a candidate with at least a year of bars and
banqueting experience. In the first instance you will make certain
that the deliveries are as per schedule, you have occured no
equipment shortages and the venue is functioning in the correct
manner. Daily tasks will then include: overseeing the laying up of a
1000 cover venue, ensuring the bars are stocked and prepped for
that nights event, delivering all required information to the chefs so
that special requirements are accomodated and ensuring the
venue is cleaned from the night before and is in pristene condition
for the event that night. Once guests have arrived you will work
alongisde the Venue Manager to ensure the food and beverages
are served in a timely manner and to a quality that Best Parties
Ever would be proud to associate itself with as well as dealing with
guests enquiries and any other issues that may arise on the night.
3 month contract - 21st September - 23rd December
We are looking for a candidate with a reasonable amount of
catering experience that is able to start around the middle of
September. Daily tasks will include: Taking daily bookings for all of
our venues through telephone/internet requests; Answering client
enquires; Sending out brochures; Sending out tickets and drinks
tokens; Taking payments for Christmas Party bookings & sending
confirmation receipts; Making final arrangements for your
allocated Christmas party venue; From Mid November through to
the 23rd December - working in a team of 3 managers to run a
Christmas venue, undertaking the office administration as well as
the successful operation of all areas of the venue.
1st November - 23rd December
We are looking for a candidate who is confident with numbers
and has good attention to detail. Daily tasks will include: Taking
daily bookings for all of our venues through telephone/internet
requests; Answering clients enquiries; Sending out brochures;
Sending out tickets and drinks tokens; Assisting the Event
Managers with general Christmas organisational duties; Taking
payments for Christmas party bookings & sending confirmations
receipts; Completing end of day accounts and reports;
Double checking all accounts and figures are correct.
